Messengers 4 Christ is the teen youth group from Cedar Ridge Freewill Baptist Church in Big Stone Gap. 

Messengers 4 Christ is very active in and fulfills a vital role in their home church, schools and community by sharing their faith in Jesus Christ through song, worship, skits and plays, community service projects, and fellowship. Through the grace and blessings of God, two members have written songs, several play various instruments, some are very talented vocally and all endeavor to do whatever they can for the cause of Christ.

The group made their first CD entitled “Our Testimony” last year. Each member shares their personal “Testimony” in the title song. Watch for their second CD coming soon!

Currently, they are in the process of performing various community service projects in and around their church community for those in need, those that have been sick or are just unable to perform the jobs themselves. Messengers 4 Christ is encouraged and challenged to do all they can for Christ by their Pastor and church family as they seek to spread the Gospel message. Their love for Jesus inspires them while their desire to spread the Gospel leads and motivates them.

Their motto is:  Jesus Is Coming Soon . . . Be Ready!    

Messengers 4 Christ share the Gospel message with all they come in contact with through song, skits, their testimonies, lessons and their expression of love for Jesus and their fellow man. Won’t you join them in Youth Group Sunday’s at 5:00 p.m.?
